The province of Cuneo is a veritiable eno-gastronomic wonderland. Here is where you will find white truffles, porcini mushrooms, hazelnuts, white chestnuts and a myriad of prized alpine cheeses like Castelmagno, Raschera and Murazzano.
Food and wine are such important parts of Piemontese culture it is only natural that the Slow Food movement was born here in Cuneo province. You can discover our region's rich culinary traditions in the small trattorie and osterie found throughout the area. |
