Confirmation
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The balance of your room charges will be due
when you arrive for check-in.

Cancellation
Please remember, we are a small, family-run B&B
and we are not typically able to re-book cancellations.
If you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your 25% deposit.

Room charges are non-refundable after check-in.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Any other check-in time must be confirmed in advance.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
